• Please promptly call the contact center on 1804080 or international line (+965) 22988000 upon becoming aware of any actual or potential fraudulent transaction on any of your accounts, so that to allow the Bank to take the necessary action to avoid your exposure to any additional fraudulent transactions on your account and to take all possible measures against fraudulent transactions that have been already conducted on any of your accounts. In case you failed to promptly call the call center as set out above, you shall be solely responsible for any damages that you may incur or sustain as a result of any fraudulent transaction which could have been avoided should you have called the call center on a timely manner.
  
• A customer service representative will call you within 48 hours of receiving this electronic form. To ensure expedient action to safeguard your rights you must call the call center promptly as set out in the preceding paragraph.
